Yelo Bank participated in "Employability Week" held annually at ADA. This event provides a unique opportunity for students and graduates to meet representatives of leading companies, learn about the labor market, and learn about career and internship opportunities. During the event, Yelo Bank representatives held seminars and workshops that will help the participants to build a successful career. The seminars covered highly actual topics such as the role of emotional intelligence in the workplace, interviewing, developing work ethic skills, qualities of a successful entrepreneur, and personal branding.
It should be noted that Yelo Bank actively cooperates with many universities to support young people. Providing students with useful knowledge for their future careers, developing their skills and providing real work experience is one of the main social missions of the Bank. It is planned to start the traditional summer internship program of Yelo Bank and implement the "Walk and Talk" mobile mentoring project.
