We would like to bring to your attention that on March 13, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., an extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be held at the head office of "Yelo Bank" OJSC located at Hasan bey Zardabi Street 81k, Baku city, AZ1122. The following issues are planned to be discussed at the meeting:
