Yelo Bank continues to host prestigious events. This time, with the Bank's support, a forum called "Business Tea" was held. The forum, which covered the topic "Leader or Manager?", featured 20 female entrepreneurs, the Chair of the Board of the Azerbaijan Women’s Entrepreneurship Development Association (AQSIA) Sakina Babayeva, the Director of Yelo Bank’s Human Capital Management Department Makhbuba Ziyatli, and other bank employees.
The main goal of the forum was to answer questions like "What should a leader and manager be like?", "Can every manager be a leader?", and "What are the most important leadership qualities?", discussing these topics with female entrepreneurs. The aim was to inform them about the challenges and advantages of being a leader or manager in their future careers.
Psychologist in business training, Aida Qasimova, and subconscious therapy specialist, Aytan Huseynzade, informed participants about leadership and management, emphasizing their similarities and differences. They also worked with the entrepreneurs to clarify the characteristic traits of a leader and a manager based on the discussions.
It should be noted that supporting women involved in the real sector, especially those in small and micro entrepreneurship, is a priority for Yelo Bank. The Bank will continue to support entrepreneurial initiatives in this area.
