Yelo Bank OJSC has announced an open tender for the renewal of its Access Control and Management System. Participants must meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated expertise and technical, financial, and human resource capabilities in the relevant field, along with effective management skills and reliability.
- Must have financial stability and the ability to make payments.
- Should have unrestricted rights to their assets, free from legal constraints, liens, or directed pledges.
- Must have no overdue obligations related to taxes or other mandatory payments in Azerbaijan.
- Should possess the required licenses or permissions for their specific business activities.
- Must not be declared bankrupt or have a court-ordered suspension of commercial activities.
Deadline for Submission:
- Tender proposals must be submitted by September 16, 2024, at 5:00 PM Baku time to the following address: 81K Hasan Bey Zardabi Street, Baku.
- Proposals should be submitted in sealed and stamped envelopes, with each corner sealed.
- Submissions received after the specified date and time will not be accepted.
