"SHE Congress" was held in Baku on May 17 with the support of Yelo Bank and the organization of Azerbaijan Business Women. About 500 businesswomen from different countries of the world and Azerbaijan participated in the event. Interesting speeches, panel discussions and question-and-answer sessions took place at the conference held under the slogan "Own your life". Yelo Bank Chairman of the Board of Directors Anar Hasanov and Head of the Bank's Human Capital Management Department Nigar Ibadzade took part in the event. Anar Hasanov in his speech shared the great role of Azerbaijani women in the development of our country throughout history, the successful development path of our Bank with the active participation of female managers, and his personal experiences. Nigar Ibadzade managed to inspire the audience with her speech on "Measures of success".
The event did not only consist of speeches and discussion panels. Yellow iPhone 14 was given to 3 random participants in the "giveaway" organized by Yelo Bank. In addition, the participants shone like real stars in a special photo zone organized by Yelo Bank.
