An open tender for periodic orders of the Administrative department of Yelo Bank has been announced.
Tender participants must meet the following criteria:
- Should have professionalism, experience, technical and financial capabilities, worker power, management competence and reliability;
- Must be able to pay;
- There should be a possibility to use your property freely and without restrictions, the property should not be seized, and there should be no directed payment order.
- There should be no overdue obligations regarding taxes and other mandatory payments in the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Must have respective license or permit for the implementation of the relevant type of entrepreneurial activity or the performance of certain actions;
- Must not be declared bankrupt, must not be a person whose commercial activity has been suspended by court decision;
Deadline for submission of tender offer:
- Tender offers until February 28, 2023, 17:00 Baku time. It should be submitted in the form of sealed envelopes addressed to Hasan Bey Zardabi 81K.
- Each corner of the envelopes must be sealed.
- Envelopes submitted after the specified date and time will not be accepted.
